Cancellation policy
24 hours notice is required for cancellations or a full appointment fee will be charged. Please contact your therapist directly if you are feeling unwell within this time period.
No show appointments will be charged at 100% of treatment fee

Information Updates
We reserve the right to amend or remove treatments from our brochure, and to alter our opening times without prior notice.
Credit Card Bookings
Credit/Debit card details are required for special programmes and treatments of 2 hours or more in duration to secure your appointment. The normal cancellation policy applies.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months and are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or to purchase further Gift Vouchers. They can be exchanged for other treatments or to purchase goods. Extensions are considered at the discretion of the management.
Children
For the convenience of other clients trying to relax and for safety reasons, we kindly request that you do not bring children with you for your treatment. However please speak to your therapist directly if this may cause problems.
